Guidelines for commenting on my blog.

Thank you for visiting my blog, Please take the time to be considerate and thoughtful with your comments when on my blog. This post outline’s some guidelines for commenting on my posts.

  1. No spam. Who wants spam anywhere, except possibly in a sandwich? There is not point spamming on my blog since it accomplishes nothing expect embarrassing yourself.
  2. No foul language. PG-13 is generally the approach you can use on my blog. Just please don’t go around dropping the F-bomb and another unnecessary vulgar language on your post.
  3. No derogatory or inflammatory comments. It is required that if you comment here to be civil to others and do not indulge in personal attacks. . As your mother taught you, if you can’t say something nice, then don’t say anything. If you need to vent go elsewhere, like the gym or another place where you can blow off steam in a better way.
  4. No bots or anonymous comments. The goal on this blog is make sure real people are talking and participating in discussions. You must be willing to be associated with your own comments that you leave on my blog.

Sample:  My blog post on how planes served a larger role in WW1 than what you might think.

“Victor, I am really impressed by knowledge in this subject. It’s really cool how you also included evidence to back your main points. I also like the level of detail that you went into as well as showing images of how planes were used. If it’s possible, I would like to ask you to share more on how tanks played a role in WW1 as I am rather interested in that area of the war.”
