In leadership 12 I learned how to communicate and collaborate with others. Both are essential skills for the course, we all have similar goals throughout the semester and we have to work together to do so. We have to communicate with eachother in group discussions, listening and giving feedback actively with our peers so we are all on the right track. Collaborating during big events has taught me teamwork, and how to delegate tasks and share responsibility’s. Engaging in all these leadership activity’s not only taught me how to be a leader but built relationships and prepared me for the future.
