- What did you hear, see, smell, and feel in the work environment on Nov. 6th? Use details
During my time in the library, I saw many people relaxing and reading the various books, the faint smell of coffee and paper, it felt calm, seeing people enjoy seeing their favorite characters going on magical journeys though the imaginary lands, Slaying beasts and foes alike
- What about the environment that would motivate you to wake up every day to attend work? Why?
The most notable motivation I would have would be that, once when I was little, I was fascinated by books and their stories, so I went with my parents to pick up the newest Harry Potter book. But once we arrived and grabbed our book to sing out, the front desk was empty. This meant we couldn’t read the book to my little sister. I wouldn’t want that to happen to anyone else to that is my motivation
- What about the work environment, would discourage you from waking up every day to attend work? Why?
I have seen many people who like to make a scene in front of everyone, FOR NO REASON, and especially in the library for some reason. If I was working at the front desk, and some random dude asks me for a book that isn’t even in the library and gets mad cause we don’t happen, I would want to come to work.
- What is ONE thing you found interesting about your workplace visit? Why?
During my visit I saw a whole area of books gone (the harry potter area) and wondered where they all went, apparently there was a horde of school mates with all the books beside them and just reading though them one by one not even sharing, so that was ‘’interesting’’
