Ice hockey is a 5 vs 5 sport where the sport is played on ice. The players are each equipped with a Hockey stick, and skates. The objective of this sport is to score on the opposing net, but pushing a black rubber round, called a puck. The game ends when the time on the clock ends, with a total of 60 minutes of play time, divided by periods. The game is split into 3 parts, 20 minutes each. Whichever team has marked more goals on the opposing team wins the game. If the game is at a tie, they get extra time to play, called overtime. Overtime is 5 minutes long and is a 3 versus 3 instead. This makes it easier to score in the low amount of time given.
