foods week 7

the first dish that i attached is a picture of the coffee cake i made with a recipe on teams, i made this with my mom and we chose to prepare this dish because after going through all of our options my family was decided they wanted us to make a coffee cake. This dish did turn out a lot better than i had expected my favorite part of this dish though was the topping. There was one major thing that i learnt from making this it was that you have to make sure that you are using the correct size pan because if your not the outside of your cake can easily burn. Moving on to the second picture this was a recipe that i found online that was supper simple and something i could make without help. this dish was a chocolate peanut butter granola that i mostly at in my yogurt, but this dish was AMAZING!. One thing that i found about this was that for some reason the granola tasted soooo much better wen it just came out of the oven. Next time i make this dish i am going to make a smaller batch so it wont need to be stored in the fridge because i will eat it fast. Moving on to the last photo this is something that i would love to make they are pizza roles this would be a great idea for a lunch or maybe even breakfast, my family loves pizza so i think making this they would love it.

175 mL flour 30 mL Brown Sugar                              2 tbs sugar                                                                     2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

90 mL sugar 25 mL flour                                             1/4 cup olive oil                                                             2 tablespoons melted butter

5 mL baking powder 1 mL Cinnamon                        1/4 cup natural salted peanut utter                           1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 mL salt 15 mL Butter                                                  1/4 cup maple syrup                                                      1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

cake                                                                                   1/3 cup dark chocolate chips                                        extra cheese optional

175 mL flour

90 mL sugar

5 mL baking powder

1 mL salt

30 mL oil

75 mL Milk

1/2 egg
