This is the project I’m most proud of. It’s called the “Selkirk settlement storyboard” assigned in Mrs. Leslie’s Socials class. For this assignment, we had to write a small detail about Selkirk/the metis and draw a picture representing our text. I am proud of this project because I worked on it sick. During the week and a half I was away, we got assigned the storyboard. It was worth 25 points and I needed a decent mark. Through a sore throat, headache, nasty cough and little motivation, I managed to complete this assignment and turned out well. I felt like giving up a lot during the process, but I still finished it in time and got an A! The other reason I am satisfied with my Selkirk Settlement Storyboard is I got a better mark on the assignment than my friend who attended class all week. It was just by one point but…

I am proud of this project because my groupmates and I worked hard for ours to look this well. At first, I didn’t think it would look good, but everything turned out well in the end.
