I found this article and video of a talking named Hoovers barks sounded like some English phrases that were often said to him

i went to the source The Guenther Lab at Boston University.

i did a search on Wikipedia and Boston University. Boston University is a private research university with many trusted research and history articles. Guenther lab is ran out of Boston university so i could trust this source.

I could not find any information on Snopes.com and any other fact checking websites saying the video was real. Hoovers barking only sounded like English phrases but all animals can make sounds that sounds like English words. I can say hoover being able to speak English is fake hoovers barks only sound like English.
