Thank you for visiting my blog. I have a few guidelines and rules if you want to comment on my blog. Please read this thoroughly.
- Stay on topic
- When you are commenting on my blog, please do not talk about something that has nothing to do with my blog. Try to talk about what my blog was about. Do not have your own conversation with someone else in the comment area. If you want to chat with them you can do it on a different platform.
- Be polite (only say what you would say in person)
- I hope that this is not new to anyone. When you comment on my blog, I expect it to be kind and when you comment something treat your comment as if you would say that to me or anyone in person. Cyberbullying will not be tolerated. If you have nothing good to say do not say anything.
- Try not to use sarcasm
- When you use sarcasm when commenting on my blog it can come across as rude. Try to get straight to the point and do not beat around the bush. If you have constructive criticism, just say it.
- Say something meaningful
- Before you post, think about what you are going to say. If it isn’t needed to be said don’t say it. Your comment could be advice, a question, a connection to your life, your opinion, or something kind. Say something that other people can also find helpful.
Example: Blog on how to get homework done without procrastinating
“Hello Adelia, I found your blog very useful. You should make more videos like this in the future? I can relate to your blog a lot. Thank you for making this.”
