In Quarter one, I had Communications 9 with Mme Deacon as my first block. We did a unit on the film industry, and we had to create a French film in groups which share our favourite genre.
In our group that we named “Lunettes Asiatiques” (Meaning “Asian Glasses”) we created a Sci-Fi film based on a video game: Among us. We started from scratch, had an idea, wrote a script, filmed the scenes, edited it, and added soundtracks. We used about 2 weeks time to create a 7 minute short film that we worked really hard on. I am proud of it because it was the first mini film I have ever participated in creating. It was very satisfying to see our final product and the positive reactions of our peers when they watched it.
