Food blogging week 7

Hungry for some feel good food? Do not want to waste your money using skipthedishes to get something? Well here is a perfect dish for you-southern style baked mac and cheese. One night, it was my turn to make some dinner. I kept thinking about the baked mac and cheese from Red robins, and how badly I wanted to eat some. There was not a big chance that I could have gotten any for myself AND for my family, so that was out of the line. Then I thought- why not make some? I looked around my house and it happened to be I had all the right ingredients for this dish, so I made it. I’ve made a lot of dinner before, so that was nothing new. However, when it comes to making mac and cheese- Annie’s boxed one is my best friend. Making a baked over mac and cheese is way more complex than just boiling some water and adding the ingredients in the package. I wanted to add something of my own in this dish, so I decided that I would put some shrimp in it. This was my first time cooking with shrimp, and I didn’t know that It cooks very fast. So, the shrimp was a little bit overcooked by the time the mac and cheese were done. Despite that, it turned out good. It is not the healthiest option, but I think this is a great dish for when people want good comfort food. Try it for yourself!
