Hello! My name is Tasia Valencia.
I am 14 born in Canada, and I’m really excited to be in grade 9 this year. My former schools were Glen Elementary, and Maple Creek middle school. I love to play sports and design clothing on my free time. Charles Best seems like a great school and Im looking forward to meeting new people here. There are a lot of quotes that i like. However if i had to choose a favorite one, it would have to be “I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they’re right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”

The reason why I like this quote is because I often find myself living by this principal. I do believe that everything happens for a reason, and you need to try to always find the good out of things that at the time maybe don’t seem like they are going your way.
2. My favorite YouTube clip
This is my favorite Youtube clip. One thing I love the most is cats, and when I watched this funny compilation I thought there was some pretty cute goofy cats in here.
3. A picture that has impacted me
To me, Micheal Jackson is a very empowering person, and his influence will last forever on this world. Despite some hate, he constantly spoke of having a united world and caring for our earth through his music and was the biggest name in entertainment for a long time. I admire him for all the hard work he put into his career and caring for others till the day that he died.

Netflix is by far my favorite site. Growing up, I never had cable and would re watch the same Spongebob episodes over and over on my VHS. So, when Netflix came out it was such a cool thing for me. You could use it anywhere you wanted, with a huge variety of things to watch. Till now, I still use Netflix only and I love it.
