For this quarter my two classes were math and English. I have chosen one of my English projects to represent. This project was our final project for the class book that we read, “Absolute dairy of a part time Indian”. For this project we had to make some sort of a visual representation of one of the characters in the book. I chose one of the main character best friends, Gordy. Down below I have attached a photo of my final project. I made a collage of photos and images that represent the characters personality and looks in different ways. Along with that I attached some quotes from the book that connect with visual collage in many ways.
I am proud of this project because, it was one of the only art projects that I have done this year. I finally got to use glue and scissors! what a miracle. Another reason is because I was really happy with how the final product turned out. It was just what I had in mind. All the parts came together just like I hoped. I am also proud because I received a mark that i was happy with, it was almost full marks.
