chicken parmesan
intoduction:
there is no real story behind this dish other than my sister, who is a really picky eater, didn’t like any meat other than chicken but it had to be covered in parmesan cheese. so mom found this recipe and has been using it for a while now. it turned out really good I put rice on the side just to add a grain. the only change I made to this dish was 3 less chicken breasts because there will only be 3 people eating it.
