I am not doing this project with a partner, I have decided to do it solo. I wanted to make some form of alarm clock, but it actually plays a tune I like, but I wanted to try making it so that it senses the light instead of just the time. It doesn’t necessarily have to be used as a clock, it could even just be an alert (letting your cat out of your room at said time of day, maybe if you forgot to turn the lights off, etc.). In the end, it can always be adjusted for one’s own personal use, but for this one I’m mainly focusing on the alarm clock portion of it. I will be using the buzzer/music player to create the tune I want (from a game I like, since it fits the 8-bit-like sounds), and obviously the light sensor. The speaker will also be hooked up to play the sound.
