Today I will post my Coast Salish art that I have done and how it has changed my thoughts about the subject.

I started by hand drawing a photo of a deer and this is how it turned out.

After that I went onto Inkscape and I tried my best to copy down what I drew and this is how it turned out.

In doing this project my perspective of Coast Salish art has dramatically changed. When I did this project I found out how much work it takes to make a drawing from scratch. Now I know when I see a totem pole, a drawing, a painting or any type of Coast Salish art I admire it much more than I used to.
