I went with my uncle to a coffee shop because there were no open houses available to go to. So we were able to go to a cafe and he explained to me how real state works and how it helps you with making money.

1. What did you hear, see, smell and feel in the work environment on Nov 6th? Use details: In the work place i heard voices of the cashiers talking to the customers about how much the coffee and everything is. Something i saw was coffee and lots of older people in the store. Something i smelt was the smell of coffee and clean tables because we just got on a clean table. Lastly i felt calm and easy going because it was the vibe in there was peaceful.
2. What about the environment would motivate you to wake up everyday to attend work? Why?:I felt like a way i could get motivated is by talking to kind customers, making tips and being able to make stuff for people. Although my uncle doesn’t work at the coffee shop that’s how i would feel if i had a job there.
3. What about the work environment would discourage you from waking up everyday to attend to work? Why?: 

For the take your kid to work day assignment i learned about my uncles work, he works in the real state agency. I learned all types of stuff, like the money management and selling business. He pitches sales and introduces clients to his work. My uncle uses all types of things to promote his business, from benches and billboards to all types of social media. going to meet with him was very informative. In the beginning i was open to going into this business, but at the end of the day i realized that relators work for themselves ( no bosses). If i was to work this way i think i would find myself being lazy and procrastinating doing my job. I rate my experience a an 8/10 and would love to learn more.
