What did you hear, see, smell, and feel in the work environment?

In this classroom i hear silence at times, and also a lot of kids screaming. I could see whiteboards surrounding me with colored lines and words on them, I could also see grade 5 and 6 students doing their homework on their desks. I could smeel strong refreshing air conditioner around the room. I could smell the nice sweet cent of the candy gummies for the students. In this classroom everyone should feel a sense of belonging in the classroom if they feel this way they are way more engaged in class room activities. If students feel accepted and supported they will thrive in the classroom. In this school you should also feel a sense of protection.

What about the environment would motivate you to wake up every day to attend work?

In this work environment the kids make me wanna attend this job. They make me happy and make my work so much easier because of how positive and supporting they are. When they help me with my job it builds a good connection between us which makes the school year easier and more exciting.
