So far this term, I have been proud of a lot of my work, but if I had to choose one to share, it would be my one-point perspective unit in art.
This project was particularly fun to do, even though I had learnt the concept before, I now had a better understanding of it and could make the illusion very effective. The part I struggled with the most during the making of this piece was the new medium, I had never worked with this type of paint before and it took me a while to figure out. But after multiple tries and mistakes, I was able to confidently use it to my advantage.
If you are interested in seeing the piece in person, it is located in the “up” stairwell to the right of the front entrance to the school, though if you are seeing this far in the future, it has most likely been taken down to make room for new artwork.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Hi Melea! Your art is incredible, and I love how you can totally see the perspective! I am definitely going to try to find it on the stairwell.
