In term 1 I had to do a socials project with some classmates that was worth 20% of my grade. It was a difficult project about the first nations. We had to pick a topic to do it on, we decided on the highway of tears. It was very long, we had a month to work on it, so you can imagine how massive it was. Therefore, I was working day and night on it doing the research, writing the script, making the PowerPoint, and the activity for it. When we finished, we presented it the best in class, our teacher said. I was very proud of myself since it felt like my first ever high school big assignment that I completed in an amazing way.
