Hi, my name is Mandana, and I like to read, draw, experiment, and play volleyball. in this blog I will share with you things that I’ve learned from my experiences and talk about my recommendations.

1) What is Your Favorite Quote: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” – Steve Jobs

This quote is inspirational to me because when you choose a career, you are most likely to continue that job for the rest of your life and it is very important to have an interest in that job, so you develop depression in the course of time.

2) What is Your Favorite YouTube Clip: this video is my favorite because I personally really love the creator (Mark robber) and it is also remarkably interesting to see how the squirls react to different situations that they’ve never faced before.

3) Find a Picture that has Impacted You: this picture means a lot to me because it shows the women of Iran protesting for freedom while knowing that just for protesting, they could be murdered by the government. as you may or may not know, in Iran, hijab is mandatory and the consequence for not following the rule is imprisonment, torture and even death. The women who protested for freedom knew that they were putting their lives in danger but the continued to protest for what was right, they did this for the sake of the future generation of women who will have to grow up in that country with fear and shame.

4) What is Your Favorite Website: 

My favorite website is “Aparat” which is a Persian streaming website that I used to watch all my favorite shoes when I was little. I love this website because whenever I’m sad or down I go onto the website and watch all my childhood shows in my mother language. Tap on “click here” for the link
