In my Spanish 12 class, I demonstrated communication by learning to express my ideas clearly and effectively, whether it was through speaking, writing, or participating in class. Practicing vocabulary and writing paragraphs allowed me to communicate more naturally and feel more confident in Spanish. I also learned to adapt my language depending on the situation, whether I was having a casual conversation with classmates or explaining something more formally in writing. Over time, this helped me become more comfortable using Spanish in different ways and improved my overall confidence in the language.
In my Biology 12 class, I was able to show critical thinking by analyzing data, studying labs, and evaluating results. Working through labs and assignments taught me to prepare for upcoming tests. I also learned to connect concepts from different units and apply them to real-world situations, which made me interested in science. This class pushed me to think logically and carefully when answering questions, which is a skill I can use in school and everyday life.
Both these classes have taught me personal and social responsibilities. Working with others in labs, projects, and class activities taught me how to collaborate different ideas. I also learned to manage my time better and stay organized with the work from classes. These experiences helped me build confidence in myself, even when things got challenging.
