• My awareness of Coast Salish art in our community changed by thinking about the topic differently, I recognize that more things/stuff are linked to Indigenous peoples and their wide spread of art. I recognized that many symbol’s in nature are linked to the Indigenous community such as a totem pole like the one at Poirier behind the tennis courts.
