• Please keep the comments as short as possible, around 2 to 3 sentences. You can transmit information to your audience more effectively and succinctly by writing shorter emails.

• Be part of the full discussion. Do not talk about irrelevant topics as it is disrespectful to both the readers and me. 
• Only helpful criticism. Comment on the concept, not the person. Provide a link that might clarify a point. Copy/paste a passage that interests you then write your comments and questions. 
• Treat people the way you want to be treated. Have a friendly attitude. No swearing as it causes readers to focus on your attitude rather than your ideas.

For example: I can relate to ” No swearing as it causes readers to focus on your attitude rather than your ideas,” as when a friend of mine swore at me for eating his chocolate, I was angrier at him than sorry since I did not understand how important the chocolate was to him.
