Welcome to the official blog of Ava Mahmoudi. I’m a student, and a book-lover. I also love music. I will discuss music, Jane Austen, and study tips in my blog. If you want to be updated/read about the music coming out by several different artists, such as Brent Faiyaz, Shy Glizzy, ASAP Ferg, Larry June, Tyler the Creator, etc, you will find my blog quite interesting. If you want to know about Jane Austen’s novels, you would also enjoy my blog.
My favorite quote is “Power corrupts. Knowledge is power. Study hard. Be evil.” — Eleanor Roosevelt. It is my favorite quote because it always gives me the motivation that I need to study. I always forget why I need to learn, and sometimes I forget the importance of it, but this quote reminds me why I need to try my absolute hardest at all times.
Here is my favorite youtube clip. It is the top dance mom moments of 2021.
I find this video extremely funny and entertaining, and I have always enjoyed watching this show. I have been watching it since sixth grade. It always gets me out of a bad mood, and I am so thankful that the show was made.
My favorite picture is a picture of the infamous black and blue illusion dress. This picture is my favorite picture because when I was a few years younger, I would ask around my class to see what they think, and we had many interesting conversations about it. A lot of friendships were started for me because of the infamous question of the dress. Do you think it is black and blue, or white and gold? I see blue and black.

My favorite website is Khan Academy. I like this website because whenever I have had troubles in math or science, I could always get a lesson from Khan Academy. It is a very effective study tool, and I recommend it for anyone.
The history of my birthday is very interesting. My birthday is on June 30. Charles dickens first public reading of “A Christmas Carol” was on my birthday, in 1857. Three Soviet cosmonauts died when their spacecraft depressurizes during reentry on my birthday, in 1971. Alfred Hitchcock’s film, Psycho, opened on my birthday, in 1960.
