Since today was Take Your Kid to Work Day, my dad brought me to his office. He works at a cyber security company called Fortinet, and they set up a whole program for this day. Lots of people came, and it was pretty fun. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take photos. However, we saw lots of machinery and computer stuff. They had many facilities that would make me excited to go to work, such as an excellent cafeteria, clean offices, yoga, and more. One thing about the work environment I didn’t like was that some large office floors looked empty due to the dividers. It reminded me of the backrooms and was very quiet.

At the end of the program, I got a gift bag with merch in it 😀 It was interesting and I have to be honest, before this, I didn’t know anything about what my dad’s company did.
