In a few of my classes, such as Law 12 and History 12, I have experienced significant growth in my Personal Growth Core Competencies. One area where I have particularly noticed this improvement is public speaking. Initially, public speaking was not one of my strong suits; I often felt nervous or hesitant when presenting in front of others. However, through consistent practice and opportunities in these classes, I was able to push myself out of my comfort zone and develop greater confidence in this skill.

This growth has not only made me a better public speaker but has also strengthened my ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, which is a valuable skill both academically and personally. Over time, I have come to appreciate the importance of public speaking as a tool for expressing thoughts, sharing knowledge, and connecting with others.

My future goal is to continue developing this core competency because I believe it plays a crucial role in personal and professional growth. Becoming a strong and confident communicator will open doors for new opportunities, help me advocate for myself and others, and enable me to make a positive impact in whatever path I pursue. I am proud of the progress I have made so far, and I am committed to building on this foundation as I move forward.
