Micro-bit Project Progress Report 2

After reviewing our project and thinking about it more, my partner Sarah and I identified a few problems. One was that the loudness sensor might sense another sound, and think it is the doorbell, triggering the LED lights and making the person believe that there is someone at the door. Another is connecting the loudness sensor to the LED lights. Since the person with impaired hearing will constantly be moving around the house, they would need LED lights everywhere, which is inconvenient because then you’ll have little lights running everywhere around the house. Sarah and I considered it, but we don’t know if we can connect two and two through Bluetooth. We also thought that one way to improve our project is by putting a vibration sensor on the door and connect it to the LED lights, just in case people knock instead of ringing.

  1. I still think you could use 2 microbits if you want here. you can connect the microbits to each other. The BlueTooth programming is pretty tough
