I can confidently interact and build relationships with other group members to further share goals. For instance, in my English 11 course, I have worked on a big project, which was an excellent example of communication because I worked on it with my classmate to come up with an idea and spend time in class and out of class to work on this project. Since it was a huge project, we had to spend more time together to get it done, which created more communication between us. The project was about Red Dress Day, about all the missing and murdered women. This required us to communicate with ideas, emotions, and goals. This project also taught me to communicate confidently, using forms and strategies that showed attention to my audience and purpose.
I believe one of my weaknesses is my positive personal and cultural identity. As I am still working on my future goal, the choices I make, and what I need to change to become a successful person, I hope to have a wonderful life in the future.
I can identify my strengths and limits, find internal motivation, and act on opportunities for self-growth. I can take responsibility for making ethical decisions. For instance, I have been playing soccer for CMFSC for almost 4 years currently. I have improved my soccer skills over the years and made sure to make important decisions on how to improve more in the future. I take responsibility for time management for my school work and soccer. Moreover, playing for a soccer club requires individuals to be aware of their strengths, weaknesses, and emotions while also taking responsibility for their actions, time, and commitments, ultimately demonstrating personal awareness and responsibility.
