3D printing

The overall topic is what can be done to make the world a better place. The goal of my project is to make the world a better place for girls who lose their rings or earrings and have a depressing time finding them. I designed a ring and earring holder. I used Tinkercad to create my design on a 3D printer. I observed that the majority of Tinkercad shapes are pre-made, making it simple for a beginner to set up their workstation and begin developing. I also realized that even if individuals are unfamiliar with 3D printing, they may use ready-made choices to help them with their needs. This tool has impacted my knowledge of how simple it is to construct anything utilizing technology for the benefit of the world or the comfort of someone if individuals put in enough time and effort.

Dolphins

What do most people know about dolphins? Firstly, many people know that there are around 32 species in the Delphinidae family. The bottle-nosed dolphin, Tursiops truncates, and the common dolphin are two common examples. In addition, dolphins and other aquatic species are protected by the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, which was updated in 1988 and 1992. Dolphins were historically commercially hunted, particularly for the small amount of precious oil taken from sections of the head and used to grease delicate watch movements. Other sources of cheaper oil have now been discovered, and dolphins are no longer targeted. Many dolphins, however, are mistakenly caught in tuna nets and drown. Moreover, dolphins use clicks or whistles to communicate. Clicks are short pulses of around 300 sounds per second released by a device located right below the blowhole. Whistles are single-toned squeals produced by the larynx. They are used to express danger, sexual excitement, or emotional states. There is no indication that dolphin communication is anything close to the intricacy of a true language. Furthermore, dolphins might be intelligent. Most experts agree that, while the dolphin’s problem-solving abilities place it on par with primates, there is no indication that it can communicate with people in a meaningful way. Dolphins are a type of water creature that is linked to whales and porpoises. Additionally, dolphins could have similar traits to humans. For instance, unlike fish, mammals feed their young with milk produced in the mother’s body. Many people feel that dolphins, along with chimps and dogs, are among the most intelligent animals. Dolphins, along with chimps and dogs, are thought to be among the most intellectual mammals. People frequently confuse dolphins and porpoises because they seem so similar. Dolphins have a beak-like nose and teeth that are cone-shaped. Porpoises have a rounded nose and eyes that are flat, or spade shaped. Lastly, dolphins can have unique features. Marine dolphins can be found in all oceans, and most of them only live in salt water. Some marine dolphin species (kinds) spend most of their lives near land, although many live in the open sea. The bottlenose dolphin is the most well-known dolphin species. Members of this species can grow to reach up to 13 feet (4 meters) long and weigh up to 600 pounds (272 kilograms). They are grey, with darker backs than their lighter undersides. To summaries, many people are aware that the Delphinidae family contains approximately 32 species, that dolphins and other aquatic species are protected by the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, that dolphins communicate using clicks or whistles, that dolphins may be intelligent, that mammals feed their young with milk produced in the mother’s body, and that dolphins can have unique characteristics.

Image

I came across a post on Twitter that I didn’t believe was true. The subject of the article is a lobster. They claim to have found a yellow lobster. Researchers claim it’s a rare lobster that few people have ever seen. CNN grabbed a yellow lobster dubbed “Banana” off the coast of Maine. I decided to look into whether or not the yellow lobster existed. The investigative steps are as follows:

  1. Locate and validate the source.

The story was authored by Lauren M. Johnson for CNN.com. She is a CNN Cross Platform Associate Producer who graduated from Western Carolina University in 2011.CNN Profiles – Lauren M. Johnson – Cross Platform Associate Producer – CNN

CNN (Cable News Network) is an abbreviation for Cable News Network. It is a division of AT&T’s Warner Media. Ted Turner and Reese Schoenfeld of American media created it in 1980 as a 24-hour cable news channel. CNN has developed spin-off networks in the United States and other nations over the years.  CNN – Wikipedia

2. Look for the news on other websites:

3.Using fact-checking software

I utilized factcheck.org to determine whether or not the material was correct. The outcome was that a yellow lobster was discovered on June 26, 2020.

Based on my investigation, I decided that the article I have is true. The yellow lobster known as Banana is genuine and extremely rare.
