when commenting please use kind words no hate speech or offensive terms and

be constructive in your criticisms

do not put others down as in do not make fun of them if it is not how you would do it

try to help someone out don’t be mad if they are asking for help/ feedback and they don’t know you should tech them hot to do it

here is an example of a post ( today I worked on my art project I think it needs more colour)

example of art

an example of a good comment would be: “great work” or possibly “I think it is fine just the way it is”

an example of what no to say is

why did you draw a rooster I don’t like those

quarter 3 proud assignment

The project I chose was my cell map from science class chose this project because I had worked very hard on it and put a lot of effort into my project and made it very detailed my teacher said she liked it so much that she was going to use it as an example for her next class which I thought was very cool because I don’t normally get that kind of appreciation for my work.

break the fake pt 2

Topic: covid 19 vaccine
Article: NACI expands recommendations clearing the use of AstraZeneca’s vaccine for people 65 and older.  By CTV news. contents of the article: The National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) said the AstraZeneca vaccine should be given to seniors of 65 or older.
https://www.ctvnews.ca/health/coronavirus/naci-expands-recommendations-clearing-use-of-astrazeneca-s-vaccine-for-people-65-and-older-1.5348890?cache=%2F7.606338
Steps I took to fact-check this.
Step 1 I went to snopes.com to check on the validity of the claims however there were no results even when I expanded my search field to be very broad so I was slightly discouraged by that but I still had faith because CTV is a very reliable source on this topic.

Step 2 I went on google and typed in “did the NACI expand its recommendations for AstraZeneca vaccine” and went on a website other than the CTVs website so I checked CBC and global news to confirm the information and they all had similar stories to that of CTV so I was inclined to believe the report.

Step 3 I went to the NACI website and saw that they were directly from the website of the government of Canada and that they were most definitely an authority on this source.
Step 4 after compiling all my results and seeing that all the people reporting on this topic were reliable and that the people making the statement were legitimate authorities on this topic. So from all of this information, a can decide that this is a legitimate article and it is supplied from a very reliable source the information contained is most likely real and a true article

Quarter 2 work that I am proud of

I chose one of the math projects that I felt I did very well and I very much enjoyed writing it. for this project, I had to come up with 7 algebraic math problems and to show a common mistake that people would make when solving.  I thought it was fun because I got to be very creative and challenging with it. with this project, I was given more freedom to design my own problems and even reference some pop-culture things that I liked  for exampell the picture of my project contains a reference to one of my favourite tv series I am very happy that I got to do this project with such creativity
