for me and Julians project, an alarm that only goes off when it senses your footsteps. Some things we could add to make it better is maybe you have to do like 50 steps or something before it goes off just so you don’t get up and do a few steps so the alarm goes off then just head right back to sleep. we really want to make it to were when its time to wake up then you wake up no trying to go back to sleep. i’ve seen alarms that slap people in the face so we are going to take a similar take on an alarm by having you take a few steps out of bed before the alarm goes off.

my partner Julian and i have come up with the idea of an alarm clock that will sense your foot steps and then will turn off. our alarm will help you to get out of bed earlier and prevent the chance of being late to school or work. As soon as the goes off it will wait for the vibration of your foot steps and after it will sense the vibrqtion of you getting out of bed and will turn off. it will send a signal to slowly turn your lights on. Yes, there is a benifit to this. your eyes will get more used to the light and it can make you feel more awake in a sense.
