I choose to prepare this dish because banana bread is a big hit in my family as well as we had some bananas that were turning bad so it was the perfect time to make it. Also throughout the week I visited my younger cousin and she had just mad some banana bread so I felt inspired to make it. I didn’t have to make any changes to this recipe. This banana bread was amazing. It tasted so great and everyone loved it. It was in the oven for the perfect amount of time and the loaf came out perfectly golden brown. I put a tooth pick in the middle to make sure it was cooked all the way through and it cooked for the exact amount the recipe called for.  There is nothing I would change about this recipe it was excellent. Right before I put it in the oven I added a few more chocolate chips so that it would melt through and I am glad I did this. During this recipe I learnt how to use a stand mixer. My mom got this as a gift for Christmas and it is the first time I decided to use it. It was so great, easy and simple. Using the stand mixer, my mom taught me what all the different settings and what speeds work best for what. She also taught me what all the different attachements do. Overall this dish was a great hit and will definitely be made again.
