So far our biggest challenge was finding an idea that we could actually make. Before we had an idea of a light bulb on a timer, but that was not realistic. Then we chose to make a device that people could put on their controls of their oven so when the timer goes off the oven just automatically turns off. Another challenge was figuring out the steps we had to do to create this device. We still have not found a name or started building/ coding our device but we will start shortly. We came up with this is idea by identifying a problem which was people leaving their stoves on and burning their foo. Or people leaving the house while the stove is still on. This sensor will automatically turn the stove off after it senses that no one is around. It is kind of like the lights that turn o when they sense someone walking by.
