The overall topic of my project is baking banana bread and it is very good. The goal of my project was that people could make banana bread because it’s delicious and more people should eat it. I wish that people can get invested in baking so that everyone can feel proud of themselves for making their own food. I used a recipe, but I did explore in the ingredient amounts, because everyone has different tastes and that’s ok. I also learned that greek yogurt makes the banana bread more moist which added a nice consistency. This is has helped me learn that you can teach/learn anything using technology, and it can create new opportunities for education in the future.
